At Howard Miller, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our clocks and fine furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Item

  Carefully repack the product in its original Howard Miller packaging, including all protective foam, manuals, and pendulum accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
